The photos you send to us must show all features of face and hair clearly and wholly.
Selfies or headshots are not accepted.
Also, in case you would like to change another picture of someone or change placements for people on the portrait after we have sent you the proof, an extra fee of nine USD per person will be required because we have to redo the portrait. Therefore, please submit the best looking photos you have, along with a detailed request for how you'd like the portrait to be done and any specific placements you need. In addition, there are three free revisions for any other edits. Your details for each revision are greatly appreciated.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Please follow instructions while Customizing your order to submit all photos along with any notes for us on how you'd like your portrait to be done, request to remove someone from certain photos, and any specific placements needed.
The first proof is usually ready in three to five business days (or seven to ten business days during holiday seasons). The processing time till the final product might take longer if revisions are needed.
After proof approval, please allow three to seven business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to print the artwork before shipping out. We cannot rush the print production for you.
