1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under these conditions:

✅ Defective Items:

Printing errors (e.g., blurry images, incorrect colors).
Manufacturing flaws (e.g., damaged frames, warped panels).

✅ Wrong Item Shipped:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

✅ Damaged During Shipping:

Provide clear photos/videos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Refundable:

Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size/design choices (please review our size guide before ordering).
Minor color variations due to monitor/screen differences.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

2. Return & Replacement Process

If your item qualifies, follow these steps:

  - Order number
  - Photos/videos of the issue
  - Reason for return
Approval & Instructions
- Our team will review within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide a return address (for replacements, you may not need to return the item).
Return Shipping
- Customers cover return costs unless the error was ours.
- Use a trackable shipping method for safety.
Refund/Replacement
- Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Replacements: Shipped immediately (production time applies).

3. Order Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible due to customization.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized wall art (e.g., custom photos/text).
Final sale items (marked as non-refundable).
Lost/stolen packages (unless insured shipping was selected).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items?

📸 Take photos/videos of the issue (unboxing videos help!).
📧 Email us within 7 days at service@ovolowraps.com.
🔄 We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
